Under the guidance of Dr. Niraj Srivastava (Principal, KCEM) and Mrs. Shubhangi Tripathi (Management Faculty), the workshop aimed to enhance financial literacy among students.

Certified trainers Ms. Shipra Srivastava and Mr. Kaushik Kunal led sessions on investments, securities markets, mutual funds, and investor protection. Krishna Nursing & Paramedical Institute conducted a transformative 6-day Employability Skills Workshop, organized by the NAANDI Foundation and sponsored by Mahindra Pride Classroom. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Tejal J. Chaturvedi (Director) and guided by Dr. Niraj Srivastava (Principal, KCEM).

Designed for BBA, BCA, and B.Com (H) students, the workshop focused on enhancing English proficiency, professional communication, digital identity management, and critical life skills like goal setting, time management, and professional ethics. Participants also gained valuable interview preparation, project presentation, and group discussion techniques, empowering them with the skills needed to excel in their careers.
